Our in-house stringent quality assurance and management policy ensures we deliver a product strictly in compliance with specification and design ensuring the final output is equal to or superior to that specified from structural integrity of the structure to the final and finishing touches. with our attention to detail approach, we thus aspire to achieve only the best output.
We are also aware of te adverse effects our activities will impact on the environment in which we operate. As such our activities are such that we mitigate any such adverse impacts. As such we ensure that the materials, chemicals and wastes are handled and discarded in the most appropriate and prescribed way.
Our activities expose our personnel to a variety of health risks and hazards. Some helath issues are occupational health which are directly work-related while others are workers own personal health issues such as HIV/AIDS, drugs and alcohol abuse, etc. Some can be eliminated or minimized through direct control and mangement such as workplace health risks and hazards. Others are individual choice-based health risks such as threat of HIV/AIDS. For such we have a policy to conduct ongoing awareness, trainings and workshops to educate them in order to prevent exposure and infection. These and others are areas our policy covers.
Similar to the Health Policy, our safety policy is of essence in that all of our workers on site are exposed to higher level of risks and hazards. With the level of understanding gives us a pro-active dedicated approach directed towards minimizing or at best eliminating personnel injuries or fatalities. The hazardous and risky work-related activities gives us little or no room to maneuver and play around with safety. As such we prefer to take cautious and preventative measures such as proper PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) and scaffolding, etc. all designed towards mitigating any adverse safety breaches that could expose and compromise ours workers safety.
